Rev. Arnold Culbreath Holds degrees in Architectural Engineering and Theology, Arnold has worked simultaneously in both fields for many years. Throughout his life, he has been intentional in promoting racial reconciliation and developing cross- racial relationships, positively impacting lives on many different levels. He was the Kroger Company’s first African- American draftsman, and also designed and managed construction projects for The City of Cincinnati. He is a licensed and ordained minister with 30 years experience, having served as Senior Pastor of the First Liberty Baptist Church and the Tryed Stone Missionary Baptist Church, both located in Cincinnati, OH. He also served as Urban Youth and Family Pastor of the University Christian Church (Cincinnati, OH), and was the first African-American on their pastoral team.

Arnold serves as Assistant Pastor and oversees Congregational Life at Heirs Covenant Church of Cincinnati (HCCC), under the direction of Senior Pastor John W. Stevenson. He is a member of HCCC's Board of Directors and also serves playing the saxophone with the Music, Worship & Arts worship band. He has been playing the saxophone 40+ years, has recorded on over 50 CDs of various artists and his music has touched audiences locally, nationally and internationally. In 2009 he released his first solo Instrumental Praise & Worship CD. Arnold released his second Instrumental Praise & Worship CD in February 2015, a live worship encounter entitled: "Refreshing." Pastor Arnold has been employed fulltime for the past 8 years at Life Issues Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization established to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement, internationally headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. During the past 8 years, he served as Director of its Urban Outreach Initiative, Protecting Black Life, and is the Founder of Protecting Black Life. Protecting Black Life's primary objective is to reach the Black community and communities at large, with a Pro-Life message. He is a frequently sought after radio and television guest, as well as a national and international speaker, intentionally encouraging and equipping audiences with peaceful and practical strategies to help end abortion, the leading cause of death in the African-American community. His ministry work has taken him across the U.S., as well as to Africa, England, Scotland, and Trinidad & Tobago.

On January 29th, 2015, Arnold left Life Issues Institute to launch and lead a new ministry called: "Breath of Life."
